  • Scientific chat “Psychological basis for the development of a single open information space for lifelong learning”;
  • Scientific chat “Internationalisation of scientific education: strategies for the advanced development of the knowledge society under martial law”;
  • Breakout sessions.

 Opening of the Day of Higher and Professional Education.

  •  Welcoming speech by education leaders from Ukraine and abroad

  • Scientific chat “Transdisciplinary paradigm of digital transformation of society: management of changes and quality of the scientific and educational process”;

  • Coworking space for forum moderators to summarise the results and discuss the prospects for further development and planning strategy of Forum SOIS, 2024.
  • Conclusion of the SOIS Forum 2023 (announcement and adoption of recommendations);
  • Certification of Forum SOIS, 2023 participants;
  • Closing remarks of the Forum SOIS organisers.
